These wetlands provide both migratory and nesting habitat for the many different species of ducks found in Nebraska, including mallards, mergansers, blue-winged and green-winged teal, pintail, wood ducks, mottled ducks, and canvasback ducks.

Make sure you bring layered and waterproof clothing as the weather can be unpredictable during the Nebraska duck hunting season.
